These Terms govern your use of Stackd AI (stackdd.tech and app.stackdd.tech). By signing up or using the platform, you agree to them.

Who we are

Stackd AI is a trading name of Certi Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: hello@stackdd.tech.

What Stackd AI is

Stackd AI is a paid learning platform that teaches you to build income streams using AI tools. Access includes curriculum modules, an AI Coach, tool directories, prompt libraries, and community features. It's educational content — we don't guarantee any specific income or business outcome.

Your account

You're responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure
• Everything that happens under your account
• Giving us accurate information when you sign up

You must be 18 or older to use Stackd AI. One account per person — sharing logins is not allowed and can result in suspension without refund.

Payment

Membership is a one-time payment of £160 for lifetime access. Prices include VAT where applicable. All payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds

All Stackd AI memberships are final-sale. We do not offer refunds. If you're unsure whether Stackd AI is right for you, try the free Goal Quiz on our site first to get a sense of the curriculum direction.

What you can and can't do

You can:

• Use the platform for your own learning and building
• Share what you build with others
• Apply what you learn in your own business

You can't:

• Share your login with others
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell our content (modules, prompts, tools, coach outputs) as your own
• Scrape or systematically download our content
• Use the AI Coach to generate content that violates Anthropic's Usage Policies
• Use the platform for anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive

Community conduct

If you participate in community features (announcements, future Discord, comments), you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect
• Not spam, harass, or promote unrelated products
• Not share other members' content or messages without permission

We can remove posts and suspend accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

Intellectual property

All content on Stackd AI (modules, written material, video, prompts, tool descriptions, designs) is owned by Certi Technologies Ltd or licensed to us. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for as long as your Stackd AI account remains active.

Anything you create using what you learn (products, code, businesses) is yours. We claim no rights over what you build.

AI Coach and third-party tools

The AI Coach is powered by Anthropic's Claude. Responses are generated by AI and can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete. Don't rely on them for legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions.

We link to and recommend third-party AI tools. We're not responsible for those tools — their terms, pricing, and reliability are their own. Any agreements you make with them are between you and them.

Outcomes, guarantees, and disclaimers

We teach, you build. We don't guarantee:

• That you'll make any specific income
• That the techniques in the curriculum will work for your specific situation
• That third-party platforms (Stripe, Gumroad, trading brokers, etc.) will accept your products or keep accepting them

What you make from what you learn is your responsibility. If it doesn't work, we're not liable.

Our liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
• Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at what you paid us during that period
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud

Ending your membership

Membership is a one-time purchase. If you wish to close your account, email hello@stackdd.tech and we'll remove your data within 30 days. Note that as memberships are non-refundable, closing your account does not entitle you to a refund.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay any amounts you owe us. In these cases, no refund is given.

If we discontinue Stackd AI:we'll give you reasonable notice. Members with lifetime access have paid for ongoing access — we'll make a reasonable effort to extract and deliver your content in a usable format, but we can't promise perpetual operation if we genuinely cannot keep the business running.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Significant changes will be announced via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute goes to the courts of England and Wales.
